FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and is a method for diagnosing pregnancy in mares, involving exposure to blood samples by an ultrasonic wave with a carrier frequency of 0.88 MHz, an intensity of 0.2 W/cm2, a modulation frequency of 10,000 Hz, with an exposure of 25 s, carrying out the analysis of cytomorphological features of blood cells using light microscopy, and in the case of erythrocyte aggregation against the background of the absence of aniso- and poikilocytosis, the presence of pregnancy is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides an expanded arsenal of methods for diagnosing pregnancy in mares, improved reliability of the diagnosis of the availability of pregnancy in mares at the initial stage.
