SUBSTANCE: they are operated by a continuous ultrasonic wave of 0.88 MHz with an intensity of 0.2-0.7 W/cm2 on a cell suspension in a volume of from 1 ml to 1.5 ml, containing (6-7)106 cells/ml. The exposure time is selected depending on the size and structure of the cells: for 15-30 seconds, they affect on the nucleated cells larger than 10 μ, having granules or cellular inclusions. Within 35-50 seconds, they affect on non-nuclear cells up to 4 μ or nucleated cells, without any inclusions in the cytoplasm, in a size of 5-17 μ.

EFFECT: method provides selective destruction in one tissue of cells of a certain size and structure.
