FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and is a method for laboratory diagnosis of early stages of mare pregnancy, involving exposure for 30 seconds to thermostated blood samples by an ultrasonic wave of intensity 0.05 W/cm2 with a carrier frequency of 0.88 MHz, the modulation frequency of 1,100 kHz and the analysis of the morphological state of cells by light microscopy, in the case of lymphocyte aggregation, the pregnancy is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the reliability of the diagnosis of the pregnancy at the initial stage and the rapid receipt of the results.
