FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method of obtaining carbonatehydroxylapatite, approximated to an inorganic matrix of the bone tissue from the model solution of human synovial fluid, in which a model medium of the claimed composition is prepared: CaCl2 - 1.3431 g/l, Na2HPO4·12H2O - 7.4822 g/l, NaCl - 2.8798 g/l, MgCl2∙6H2O - 0.4764 g/l, Na2SO4 - 1.6188 g/l, KCl - 0.3427 g/l, sedimentation is carried out at the concentration of carbonate-ions 24 mmol/l, a temperature of 22-25°C, pH value of 7.4±0.05 for 30 days. Carbonatehydroxylapatite has unimodal distribution of particles by sizes, with a value of their average diameter for CHA (42.38 mcm). Carbonate-ions are included into the structure of hydroxylapatite in positions of hydroxyl groups (OH-), which is proved by data of IR-spectroscopy.
EFFECT: synthesis results in carbonatehydroxylapatite of A-type, which is approximated to the inorganic matrix of the bone tissue.
