FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and preparing new materials for biomedical applications, which can be used for preparing bioactive calcium-phosphate coatings of implants with preparing bi-phase composites of calcium phosphates and titanium alloys. What is declared is a method for preparing a biomimetic calcium-phosphate coating on titanium alloys from a standardised test solution of a human synovial fluid, wherein a solution of the following composition is prepared: CaCl2 - 1.3431 g/l, Na2HPO4·12H2O - 7.4822 g/l, NaCl - 2.8798 g/l, MgCl2·6H2O - 0.4764 g/l, Na2SO4 - 1.6188 g/l, KCl - 0.3427 g/l, NaHCO3 - 2.0160 g/l; two solid phases of carbonate hydroxylapatite and octacalcium phosphate are precipitated at a temperature of 22-25°C, pH=7.4±0.05 for 7 days. That is followed by filtering and drying at 100°C for 2-3 hours to remove chemically unbound water, and an aqueous suspension in the calcium phosphate concentration of 5-10 wt % is prepared. The prepared suspension is applied by a capillary method on the titanium alloy and dried at a temperature of 20-25°C for 24 hours.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing the high-quality coating consisting of carbonate hydroxylapatite and octacalcium phosphate on the titanium alloys.
