FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: T-shaped throttle washer is rigidly fixed between the body and the nut. At least three throttle orifices are made in end cylindrical part of the washer. An axial throttle orifice with a perforated disc on its cut, which is fixed to axial cylindrical part of T-shaped throttle washer, is arranged in axial cylindrical part rigidly connected to the throttle washer. The hydraulic resistance of the throttle orifices and the axial throttle orifice are selected depending on the properties of sprayed liquid and the required degree of its spraying. Solution is supplied through an orifice in the nut fixed in upper part of the body. The bottom of the body with the central cylindrical axial chamber is closed by a perforated disc attached to the end bottom surface of the body. A hollow conical swirler is located in the cylindrical axial chamber axially symmetrical thereto. A conical shell of the swirler is fixed between perforated disc rigidly connected with the axial throttle orifice of the T-shaped throttle washer and the perforated disc fixed to end lower surface of the body. A through helical thread is made on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler.
EFFECT: increased spraying efficiency, simplified structure and reduced material consumption.
