CENTRIFUGAL INJECTOR Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B05B1/00

Abstract RU 2639774 C1

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: centrifugal nozzle comprises a body with a central cylindrical axial chamber connected to a nut in which a liquid supply opening is made. A T-shaped throttling washer is rigidly fixed between the body and the nut. At least three throttling orifices are made in end cylindrical part of washer. An axial throttling orifice with perforated disk on its cut is located in the axial cylindrical part of the washer. The bottom of the body with the central cylindrical axial chamber is closed with a perforated disk fixed to the end bottom surface of the body, and a hollow conical swirler is arranged in the cylindrical axial chamber axially symmetrically thereto. A conical shell of the swirler is fixed between perforated disk rigidly connected with the axial throttling orifice of the T-shaped throttling washer and the perforated disk fixed to end lower surface of the body. Through helical thread is made on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of spraying, simplify design and reduce material usage.
