FIELD: welding consumables.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding consumables, in particular to the composition of the flux-cored wire for surfacing. It can be used to restore worn parts and obtain a wear-resistant protective coating on parts of mining equipment operating under abrasive wear conditions. Cored wire contains, wt.%: steel shell 67-68, ferromanganese 1.0-2.0, ferrosilicon 0.6-1.0, ferrochrome 5.0-10.0, ferromolybdenum 0.01-0.5, nickel 0.01-0 ,3, cobalt 0.01-0.3, titanium 0.1-2, carbon-fluorine-containing filter dust of aluminum production 0.2-0.6, iron powder - the rest.
EFFECT: invention provides increased wear resistance, strength and hardness, reducing the likelihood of pores and cold cracks.
