FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding consumables and can be used in surfacing without the use of flux to restore worn parts and obtain a wear-resistant protective coating on parts of mining equipment operating under abrasive wear conditions. Cored wire contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: steel shell 67.0-68.0, ferromanganese 3.1-3.8, ferrosilicon 1.0-1.9, ferrochromium 9.37-15.6, ferromolybdenum 0.001-0.09, ferrovanadium 0.001-0 .04, carbon-fluorine-containing filter dust of aluminum production 4.6-6.9, nickel 0.001-0.9, cobalt 0.001-0.16, silicomanganese production slag 1.6-13.2, titanium 0.1-2.18, iron powder - the rest.
EFFECT: increasing the wear resistance of the deposited metal by changing the chemical composition of the flux-cored wire, preventing the formation of cold cracks in the process of surfacing, eliminating pore formation in the deposited metal by increasing the amount of fluorine-containing components and obtaining good slag protection.
