SUBSTANCE: method in the network node to release the ascendant connection (E-DCH) and descending line (HS-DSCH) defines whether the message contains lines of radio indication of disconnecting the E-DCH. If it is determined that the radio link message does not contain an indication of disconnecting of the E-DCH, the method comprises controlling a base station node to reject a radio link procedure at the event, when the serving E-DCH radio link and the serving HS-DSCH radio link are not configured in the same cell.

EFFECT: providing opportunities to detach the enhanced dedicated channel upward communication lines and high-speed shared channel descending line when serving the E-DCH radio communication and line serving the HS-DSCH line radio communications are not configured in the same cell.
