SUBSTANCE: highly selective converters with coated electrodes and nanogap, designed for detecting redox molecules are described. The invention provides an analyte detection system comprising one or more converter electrodes having a surface for detecting an analyte. The specified surface contains coating designed for obstruction of direct contact of analyte with specified surface of one or more converter electrodes, wherein specified coating contains organic film containing tetra-DTT-phosphate or tetra-DTT-ferrocenfosfat. A method for manufacturing a two-electrode with nanogap chemical and biochemical converter and a method for manufacturing an analyte detection system are also provided.

EFFECT: increasing the selectivity of biomolecules determination.
