FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: scheme for awakening of the main microcontroller unit (MCU), containing the main MCU, a peripheral interface chip, and peripheral processing chip, in which the peripheral processing chip is connected with the main MCU by the peripheral interface chip; the synchronization line of the main MCU is connected with the main generator signal of the synchronization pulses, and each line of the peripheral processing chip synchronization and the peripheral interface chip synchronization is connected with the signal of the slave synchronization pulse generator. The signal of the leading synchronization pulse generator and the signal of the slave synchronization pulse generator are separate synchronization pulse signals, so that the peripheral interface chip and peripheral processing chip remain in the normal operating condition, when the main MCU goes into a state of deep sleep; and the peripheral interface chip is configured to control the amount of data transferred by the peripheral processing chip to the peripheral interface chip, and to transmit the awakening signal to the main MCU, if the data amount exceeds the threshold.
