FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology and can be used to assess the stability of the process of manufacturing complex spatial structures from polymer composite materials (PCM). Method includes recording of the product temperature field, detecting of anomalies of the temperature field caused by the concentrators of the internal stresses of the structure. After recording the temperature field, the surfaces of No. i controlled article, the average value of the temperature on the surface of the controlled article is determined, then the average value of the No. i product is calibrated using the average value of the temperature of the 1st product to ensure the average values of the temperature fields of all products in order to reliably compare the temperature fields of various products. Temperature field of the surface of No. 1 product is calibrated using the temperature field of the 1st product. Temperature deviation in the coordinates m, n from the average value of the surface temperature of the controlled article is measured. Mean root square deviation of the temperature of the controlled surface is determined. Mean root square deviations the temperature field of the 1 st and i-th products are compared using the absolute value. Difference between the mean root square deviations and the reference stability criterion are compared and the stability of Ki structure and technology of the i-th product is determined. If Ki= 0, areas of instability of the structure of the surface of the monitored object is recorded by measuring the difference between the temperature fields of the i-th and 1-st products and the determining of the coordinates md, nd of a surface area with a disturbed structure as follows. Above procedure is repeated for the entire batch of controlled items and the product, which is the first article starting from which the structure, thus the technology of its manufacture, has stared to change to an unacceptable value, is determined.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the reliability of the results of the assessment of the technical and operational state of complex structures and their elements from PCM.
