FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: for processing fluid (for example, blood) containing interfering particles (for example, cells) where the interfering particles interfere with the fluid processing, fluid is provided in the working chamber. Magnetic particles are added there. Magnetic particles are distributed in the blocking area inside the chamber so that the migration of the interfering particles through the blocking zone is hindered during the processing of fluid. The average distance (Δ) between the magnetic particles and/or clusters of the magnetic particles in the blocking zone and the average diameter of the interfering particles (d) are related by: Δ≤5d. The device and application of the device for molecular diagnostics, for analysis of a biological sample, and for food analysis are also presented.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to prevent negative influence on the processing of fluid of the interfering particles.
