FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiology, and relates to predicting the course of the postoperative period in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. In addition to anamnestic and angiographic parameters, immunological indices – TNF-α and MMP-1 in the blood serum in the first and third days after the operation are being determined. If the serum TNF-α levels more than 8.115 pg/ml in the 1st day and serum MMP-1 level more than 2.285 ng/ml in the 3rd day after operation, in the presence of two coronary arteries, as well as postinfarction cardiosclerosis (PICS), in the anamnesis, the poor prognosis is being set.
EFFECT: invention allows, in the early postoperative period, to assess the risk of adverse events in patients with myocardial infarction and, accordingly, to correct them in the optimal time.
