When there are complaints of pain in the heart, intact coronary arteries or their stenosis of 50 % or less, increased cardiospecific enzymes, the presence of intramyocardial post-contrast amplification zones on delayed T1-weighted images and/or amplification of the signal intensity in T2-weighted images, the patient are sent to endomyocardial biopsy of the myocardium.
EFFECT: method allows selection of patients for endomyocardial biopsy of the myocardium, reducing the incidence of complications, safely confirming the diagnosis by evaluating the complex of the most significant signs.
