SUBSTANCE: application of an immunogenic composition is proposed for immunization of an individual against meningococcal serogroup X. This immunogenic composition contains 50 μg of each of the antigens: an antigen with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7 (H factor binding protein, fHbp), an antigen with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: NO: 9 (heparin binding protein, NHBA) and an antigen with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 10 (adhesin A, NadA) adsorbed on 1.5 mg of aluminium hydroxide and 25 μg of outer membrane vesicles from the NZ98/254 N. Meningitide strain.
EFFECT: described immunogenic composition is effective for immunization of an individual against meningococcal serogroup X and can be used in medicine for vaccination against meningococcal serogroup X.
