FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method of screening derived from mesenchymal stem cells promoting regeneration of neuronal cells (versions). Present invention also relates to a neuronal regeneration-promoting cell induced from a palatine tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cell, as well as to a pharmaceutical composition containing it, and its use for treating a neurological disease. Said neuronal cell has the following characteristics: a) expression of markers CD121a, CD106 and CD112 is increased in comparison with palatine tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cell; and b) expression of markers CD26 and CD141 is reduced in comparison with palatine tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cell.

EFFECT: present invention provides a screening of regenerative neuronal cells exhibiting a neuronal regenerative effect from a number of different cells differentiated from mesenchymal stem cells, based on analysis of specific CD markers.
