SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recombinant plasmid DNA encoding human antithrombin III minigene under the transcriptional control of regulatory elements of the mouse Serpinc1 gene, the polyadenylation signal of the SV40 virus and the transcription terminator from the human SKIV2L gene, flanked by homology arms of the mouse Serpinc1 locus with a mutated PAM site. Also the following is disclosed: a method of producing transgenic mice expressing the human antithrombin III minigene involving the use of the said plasmid DNA.

EFFECT: invention is effective for producing genetically modified mice humanized by Serpinс1 gene.
