FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: wear-resistant filler comprises ingredients in the following ratio, wt %: tungsten boride 28-32, ferrochrome 22-26, ferrovanadium 10-16, complex alloy - the rest. Complex alloy is made in the form of microgranules with the size of 20-50 µm on the basis of nickel, or cobalt, or iron, containing nano-sized refractory components with the size of 20-100 nm.
EFFECT: material modified by nano-sized refractory components ensures the resistance of the weld metal to the formation of cracks, as well as its wear resistance in air-abrasive wear.
