FIELD: vehicle control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control of a vehicle that carries out autonomous driving. A vehicle in which the autonomous driving system can be installed comprises a vehicle platform that controls the vehicle in accordance with a command of the autonomous driving system, and a vehicle control interface that interacts between the autonomous driving system and the vehicle platform. The first command requesting the acceleration value or the deceleration value, and the second command requesting the immobilization of the vehicle are transmitted from the autonomous driving system to the vehicle platform; a signal indicating the vehicle stop state is transmitted from the vehicle platform to the autonomous driving system via the control interface vehicle, and when a deceleration request is made to the vehicle platform in the first command, the vehicle platform transmits said signal to the autonomous driving system while the vehicle enters a stop state, and the vehicle platform immobilizes the vehicle in response to the second command.
