FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: brace contains a base and a body on which a recess for orthodontic arch is made. The base is made in the form of a plate, the outer surface of which is made with a rounding; on the inner side of the base there are side grips on the opposite sides of the plate, on the outer side of which there are calibration notches, between the side grips at the edge of the plate there is a seat for the screw that is made with a possibility of ensuring the longitudinal movement of the body of the minimal brace element - the movable element, for which a groove is located between the head and the threaded part of the screw, mating with the seat on the base. In the movable element, a screw-threaded hole with an internal thread is made, and lateral longitudinal grooves of the brace are provided on the sides responding to the side hooks of the base. On the side of the movable element, a supporting notch is provided, on the opposite side of the movable element, with respect to the base, brace wings are arranged pairwise on each side, forming two brace grooves so that the axis passing through the recesses is at an angle of 0 to 10 degrees to the longitudinal axis of the movable element and with a bevel angle from 0 to 15 degrees relative to the plane forming the brace wing.
EFFECT: improved workability and reliability.
