FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil refining. Method for producing anisotropic oil pitches is carried out in two stages. As a raw material, the oily high-temperature pitch binder with the mesomorphic phase content of 50–100 % is used. In the first stage, before the inlet to the flow reactor, the reaction mixture is purified using the filter from the non-melt components. Process of thermal polycondensation of the mixture of high-temperature binder with a highly aromatic solvent in the ratio of 1:1–1:5 is carried out in the flow reactor at the temperature of 350–400 °C, at the pressure of 0.5–1.0 MPa with recirculation of the reaction mass. In the second stage of the process, the physicochemical and chemical concentration of the mesomorphic phase to 55–100 % is carried out by means of isothermal aging for 36–50 hours at the temperature of 330–380 °C, at the pressure of 0.001–0.200 MPa, recycling and barbotage of the reaction mass by means of blowing natural gas into the reactor volume, at the gas consumption in the amount of 0.015–0.025 kg/hour per kg of reaction mass, which is accompanied by thermal polycondensation of mesogenic components and stripping of volatile low-molecular components of the mixture.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain the target anisotropic pitch with the mesomorphic phase content of 50–100 % WT of a mixture of high temperature oil pitch binder and of the solvent with high aromaticity, and also to simplify the process and reduce the cost of the received pitch.
