FIELD: training simulators; sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for training strokes in game sports. Athlete training is carried out on the playing field with a controlled light-dynamic illumination, with which help set the light zones of a given value, changing the position of the light zones and training modes set by the software and hardware complex. In this case, the coach or the athlete chooses the program that sets the training mode, the light zones or a part of them, designated by the specified color, are forbidden to find the sportsman and/or the sports equipment, simulate the opposition of rival players and, deliberately moving, prevent the movement of the athlete. Zones react to the change in the direction of movement of the athlete with a given inertia due to the delay in movement due to the presence of a sensorimotor reaction time of rival players. Athlete commensurates his or her technical and speed capabilities with the dynamics of the movement of forbidden zones, performs fraudulent movements and makes a stroke of a virtual opponent. Training is filmed with a video camera, the data is transferred to a hardware/software system that records the speed, change in the direction of movement of the athlete, hit the athlete and/or sports equipment in the outline to the prohibited area, if they enter the prohibited zone, if provided by the selected program, provides a light and/or sound signal. In the absence of hits by an athlete and/or a sports projectile into a prohibited area, with a successful stroke, the inertia of the prohibited light zones is reduced, while the athlete, performing deceptive movements, will not be able to make a stroke of the imitated opponent.
EFFECT: feature is that the value of the initially specified inertia of the bandgap is automatically increased by the software and hardware complex by a given amount after each fixed fraudulent movement of an athlete during a stroke at a specified radius from the center of the bandgap, while the zone's inertia value returns to the original level after the stroke of each zone is executed; by the maximum value of the band gap, the starting minimum value of its inertia and the minimum radius of automatic activation of the program for increasing the inertia, in which the athlete, performing deceptive movements, makes an unmistakable stroke, judge the technical preparedness of the athlete.
