FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: dribbling is trained on the playing field with a controlled light-dynamic illumination. Light emitters form light zones that imitate rivals, which the athlete must bypass a predetermined number of times. Changing the light zones and training regimes is set by the hardware-software complex or manually. At the same time, a given number of stationary light zones with contrasting borders simulating rivals is formed as a single-colour or two-colour circle of a given size. One colour of the zone is set as a signal to prohibit the movement of the athlete, the other - as a signal to the free passage. The lighting of each zone is unpredictable for the athlete and is switched programmatically or manually by the coach. The software and hardware complex performs video registration of the athlete's movement, registers the athlete's mistakes. According to the maximum speed of the athlete, the speed of transformation and the area of the zones, in which the athlete, while performing this exercise, does not make mistakes, judging the technical preparedness of the athlete and his quality of motor actions.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the assessment of the athlete's technical preparedness.
