FIELD: medicine; biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biology, in particular to diagnosis, namely: to DNA analysis, and can be used to detect mutations of resistance to macrolide antibiotics in Mycoplasma genitalium and Mycoplasma pneumonia, namely at positions 2058/2059 and 2611 23S ribosomal riziform. For the detection of mutations, two reverse primers for M. pneumoniae are being developed: Mpn2611-Rv AAGCAACACTCTTCAATCTTCC(T-BHQ1)A and Mpn2059-Rv3 ATCAATATTATGCTACAGTAAAGCT(T-BHQ1)CAG, as well as two reverse primers for M. genitalium: Mge2611-Rev AGCAAAGCTCTTCAATCTTCC(T-BHQ1)G and Mge2059-Rv3 ATCAATATTATGCTACAGTAAAGCT(T-BHQ1)CACG.
EFFECT: application of the proposed method allows to reduce labor costs and analysis time due to the use of PCR technology in real time.
