FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for preparing an organo-inorganic light-absorbing material with a perovskite structure, which can be used in manufacturing "perovskite" solar cells. Method is described for producing a light-absorbing material with a perovskite structure with the structural formula of ADB3, where cation A is CH3NH3+, (NH2)2CH+, C(NH2)3+, Cs+ or a mixture thereof, anion B is Cl-, Br-, I- or a mixture thereof, and component D is Sn, Pb or Bi or a mixture thereof, which assumes mixing the reagent of composition AB – nB2 and a reagent containing D, where Sn, Pb or Bi as a metal or in the composition of alloys, oxides, salts is used as the reagent containing D, herewith reagent D is applied with the reagent of composition AB – nB2, with the subsequent removal of excessive reagents, and in the reagent of composition AB – nB2, n is greater than or equal to 1, and component B2 is Cl2, Br2, I2 or a mixture thereof.

EFFECT: method for obtaining a light-absorbing organo-inorganic material with a perovskite structure without the use of a solvent has been developed.
