SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing an organic-inorganic light-absorbing material with a perovskite-like structure, which can be used in the manufacture of perovskite solar cells. Method of obtaining a film of light-absorbing material with a perovskite-like structure having the structural formula ACB3, in which a layer of reagent in the form of tin, lead or bismuth, or their alloys, oxides and salts and a layer of reagent AB are sequentially applied to the substrate. Then the substrate with the applied layers are placed in a liquid or gaseous medium containing the reagent B2, for a period necessary and sufficient to carry out the reaction of the reagent in the form of tin, lead or bismuth, or their alloys, oxides and salts with reagents in the form of AB and in the form of B2 with obtaining substance ACB3, while A is used as component CH3NH3+, or (NH2)2CH+, or C(NH2)3+, or Cs+, or their mixture, and Cl-, or Br-, or I-, or their mixture is used as component B, tin, lead, bismuth, or their alloys are used as component C.

EFFECT: invention provides for obtaining light-absorbing organic-inorganic materials with a perovskite-like structure on large-area substrates.
