FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a hemostimulating agent from milt DNA, and a method for the preparation thereof. Hemostimulating agent from milt DNA, comprising milt DNA of not less than 95 %, protein of not more than 1 %, wherein the length of DNA fragments is from 200 to 600 pairs of nucleotide bases, and a hyperchromic effect of at least 30 % obtained by preparing an aqueous solution of raw material of high molecular weight DNA and an aqueous polymer solution, in an aqueous solution resistant to ionizing radiation, mixing the prepared solutions, irradiating the resultant mixture with a stream of accelerated electrons, removing formed low-molecular protein and DNA fragments from the irradiated mixture, and drying of the target product. Method for preparing a hemostimulating agent, comprising preparing an aqueous solution of raw material of high molecular weight DNA and preparing an aqueous polymer solution, in an aqueous solution resistant to ionizing radiation, mixing the prepared solutions, irradiating the resultant mixture with a stream of accelerated electrons, removing formed low-molecular protein and DNA fragments from the irradiated mixture, and drying the target product (options).
EFFECT: said preparation methods allow producing an agent having increased pharmacological activity.
