FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for direct consumption as a functional product, as well as in production of food emulsion fat and oil products. Food product contains cedar oil, sunflower oil, sea buckthorn oil and vegetable phospholipids (lecithin) at the following proportions of components, mass %: cedar oil – 40–68, sunflower oil – 30–47, sea buckthorn oil – 1–10, vegetable phospholipid – lecithin – 1–3.
EFFECT: invention provides a food product suitable for direct consumption for enriching the diet with essential nutrients – Omega-6 (ω-6) and Omega-3 (ω-3) fatty acids, tocopherols, βcarotene and phospholipids, as well as to increase antioxidant resistance.
