SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and fat industry. A food product based on a mixture of functional vegetable oils contains cedar oil, sesame oil, viburnum oil, with the following ratio of the initial components, wt%: sesame oil - 50.0-78.0; cedar oil - 20.5-36.5; viburnum oil - 1.5-10.0 or sesame oil - 50.0-78; cedar oil - 20.5-36.5; viburnum oil - 1.0-10.0; soy phospholipids - 0.5-3.0.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a food product that has a composition suitable for direct consumption in order to enrich the diet with essential linoleic and linolenic acids, carotenoids, tocopherols and phospholipids, as well as for use in food production as a food additive that increases their nutritional value , oxidative stability and emulsion stability.
