FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to vehicle transport. Disc braking mechanism contains a support, two pressed to both sides of the brake disc and containing each a carrier plate and a friction pad fixed to it – brake pads and a clamp. Clamp of the disc braking mechanism retaining the brake pads is designed able to be fixed onto the brake support. Clamp has a window and an opening. Window of the wall running across the clamp longitudinal extension contains an entrance bevel. Clamp is fastened to the brake-acting element of the brake pad with the fixation against its displacement.
EFFECT: simplifies the installation and dismantling of brake pads.
