SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid dispensing valve (1) comprising an inlet fluid passageway into valve cavity (2), valve seat (7) cooperating with valve seat (7), closure element (8) movable to and fro between at least one open position and a closed position, outlet for the liquid (4), cylindrical discharge element (5) arranged on outlet (4), which has plurality of passages (6) arranged adjacent to each other in the axial direction, wherein surface (5a) of discharge element (5) facing closure element (8) forms a part of the valve seat. To prevent plugging through the fibers in the fluid passages in the discharge channel suggested, that passages (6) opening in surface (5a) of discharge element (5) starting from surface (5a) are lengthened in the direction of closure element (8), by tubes (10), closure element (8) has caps (13), each tube (10) can be closed by one of caps (13) which surrounds tube (10) at least in the closed position to form annular space (14).

EFFECT: preventing plugging by fibers in the fluid passages in the discharge channel.
