FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a method for manufacturing medical devices, in particular for the manufacture of endovascular aortic heart prosthesis frames. Method for manufacturing the framework of the endovascular aortic heart valve prosthesis involves laser cutting of a tubular element made from a nickel-titanium alloy by evaporation of metal, sandblasting a product, molding and polishing. After sandblasting, the product is stretched, consistently using molding cylinders of different diameters from smaller diameter to larger, laying on which the product is immersed in a melt of solid electrolytes, heated to a temperature of 350–600°C for 5–120 minutes followed by cooling in water. Then, the product is molded using a detachable forming matrix in the shape of an asymmetric hourglass, consisting of a lower and an upper conical segments of different diameters, on the surface of which there are grooves that repeat the pattern of the framework cells. Product placed on the matrix is kept in a melt of solid electrolytes at a temperature of 350–600 °C for 10–120 minutes. Then it is cooled in water. Then it is heated in a vacuum oven at a temperature of 650–800 °C for 30–60 minutes. It is then cooled in water, and then heated in a vacuum oven at a temperature of 350–550 °C for 60–120 minutes. Framework is then cooled in water and polished.
EFFECT: prevention of cracking and kinks in the junction of cells, obtaining properly formed cells of the framework, uniformity of the forces distribution is obtained when the framework is compressed in the delivery system and improving the radial extensibility of the framework while maintaining rigidity, reduction of the framework diameter in the compressed state of 12Fr-14Fr is achieved.
