SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for improving uterine cicatrix. That is ensured by administering mesenchymal stem cells derived from perivascular space of umbilical cord. Said cells are applied on gel-based matrix of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and hyaluronic acid in final concentration of 1.5*106/ml. Matrix is placed in the area of the cicatrix in dose of 300 thousand cells in 250 mcl of the carrier solution.

EFFECT: invention provides stimulating uterine cicatrisation.
