FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of measuring technology, namely, a method for quality control of composite armored barriers from a fabric and a device for its implementation. Method includes mounting a composite armor barrier in front of a plastic material plate, directing, at a predetermined rate of the impactor, onto the armored barrier and determining the energy absorbed by the attacking element. Since the interaction of the armored barrier and the attacking element, two spatial fields on the surface of the armored barrier are simultaneously recorded: the temperature field of the surface of the armored barrier and the field of the video image of the surface. Video image contour is imposed on the temperature field, a new measured temperature field is formed, and the absorption energy of the composite armor barrier is determined on the basis of an analysis of the new temperature field. Quality control device for composite armored fabric barriers has been disclosed for carrying out the method.

EFFECT: increase in the information content and reliability of the control results is achieved.
