FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for conversion of electric energy. In electric power conversion circuit, gate controller performs the first operation. In the first operation, the gate controller controls such that the first lower FET, the first upper FET, the second lower FET and the second upper FET satisfy the following conditions: such condition that the first state, in which the first lower FET is turned on, the second state, in which both of the lower FETs are turned off, the third state, in which the second lower FET is turned on, and the fourth state, in which both of the lower FETs are turned off, repeatedly appear on order; and such condition that the first upper FET is included in the middle of the period of the second state and is maintained in the on state until the middle of the period of the third state.
EFFECT: reduction of switching losses.
