FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of electrolytic-plasma polishing of the surface of parts. Method includes polishing the surface of the feather of the blade with an electrolytic-plasma method, including immersing the blade in an electrolyte, forming around the surface to be treated the blade of the vapor-gas shell and igniting the discharge between the treated blade and the electrolyte by supplying the electric potential to the blade being processed, the polishing of the surface of the feather of the blade is carried out in two stages: first, an electrical potential of 270 to 290 V is applied to the blade to be treated and polishing is performed until the minimum roughness value is reached at the given voltage, and then the voltage is smoothly reduced to values from 250 to 265 V and final polishing is carried out until the surface roughness is as low as possible at a given voltage, with an aqueous solution of an ammonium fluoride salt of 3.5–11.0 g/l as the electrolyte and polishing at a temperature of 60 to 90 °C.
EFFECT: increase in the performance characteristics of blades, such as fatigue and static strength, reducing the roughness of the surface of the pen and the laboriousness of polishing.
