FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for electropolishing the surface of metal parts. The device contains a chamber, inside of which there is at least one polishing device containing a holder of the processed blade with a clamping device, a vibrator and an external covering electrode equidistant in shape to the covered blade airfoil, made with the possibility of placing a blade airfoil in its cavity with the formation of a gap between the surface of the airfoil and the covering electrode, preventing contact between the blade and the electrode and sufficient for threading and moving the ionite tape while simultaneously ensuring contact with the surface of the blade airfoil being processed and the covering electrode, the tape is equipped with flexible guide strips along the side edges, threaded into the guide cavities of the electrode, providing tension of the said tape in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the blade, its smooth withdrawal from the upper end of the blade and the transition area from the pen to the base of the blade. The installation contains a mechanism for feeding and moving the tape in the form of bobbins with tape, made with the possibility of their rotation and immersion in containers for tape regeneration. The installation is equipped with power sources for electropolishing the blade and current supply leads to the covering electrode and the blade of the opposite electric potential in sign.
