To achieve a refractive effect in the correction of the position, previously implanted intrastromal ring MyoRing in patients with keratoconus, determine the corrected magnitude of the spherical refractive component as a function of the magnitude, direction of the displacement, and also the parameters of the MyoRing ring itself. When the MyoRing ring is displaced by 0.5 mm with a diameter of 5.0 mm and a height of 320 mcm towards the apex of the keratoconus, the hypoeffect is compensated, and when displaced in the opposite direction, the hypereffect is 5.0 dptr, with an altitude of 300 mcm, 4.5 dptr, and at a height of 280 mcm, 4.0 dptr of spherical refraction.

EFFECT: method allows to increase visual acuity and improve the quality of life of patients with keratoconus.
