The refractive effect is predicted on the basis of regression analysis according to the formula R1+0.005×h+0.001×C, taking into account the height of the implanted ring h, the depth of its occurrence in the stroma C and the initial radius of curvature of the cornea R1.

EFFECT: increasing the predictability of the refractive effect and achieve maximum clinical and functional results.
