FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the liquids and solutions spraying means and can be used in engine building, chemical and food industries. Pneumatic vortex nozzle comprises a body, into which the screw is press-fitted, and the liquid and air supply elements. Body consists of two interconnected coaxial cylindrical bushings of larger and smaller diameters. Inside the bushing of smaller diameter a screw is arranged, rigidly connected to its internal surface. Screw outer surface is a spiral groove. Between the bushing of smaller diameter inner surface and the screw outer surface a helical outer cavity is formed, connected to a source of compressed air by means of a tube. Inside the screw a hole with a helical thread is made, connected to a liquid under pressure supply tube. In the bushing of a larger diameter a shaped bushing is located, which inner surface is formed by the conical and cylindrical surfaces. In the of the shaped bushing cylindrical cavity the liquid supply tube free end is arranged. To the bushing of a smaller diameter end portion of the housing a diffuser is attached, on the cut of which a liquid flow divider is installed, made in the form of a perforated ring, coaxial with the diffuser. To the divider a conical flaring is attached. Flaring truncated conical surface smaller base is connected to the divider hole inner surface. In the conical flaring outlet section, an additional flow divider is rigidly fixed, made in the form of a round perforated plate. Conical flaring cavity is filled with a porous material, for example, the "thread waste" wire type mesh element.

EFFECT: technical result: increase in the liquid spraying efficiency.
