FIELD: fuel combustion methods and devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Pneumatic swirl atomizer contains a casing with two coaxial cylindrical sleeves connected with each other: large diameter sleeves and small diameter sleeves, and inside the small diameter sleeves there is a screw located coaxially to it, rigidly attached to its inner surface, screw outer surface represents a swirl groove with a right or left thread, wherein between the inner surface of the smaller diameter sleeve and the screw outer surface there is a formed swirl outer cavity connected by means of a tube to a source of compressed air, and an aperture with a left or right screw thread is formed inside the screw, connected to a tube for supplying liquid under pressure, direction of the screw thread of the aperture made inside the screw, opposite to the direction of the outer swirl groove of the screw, and in the larger diameter sleeve, coaxial to it, a shaped sleeve is located, the inner surface of which is formed by a conical and cylindrical surface, and which is rigidly fixed in a larger diameter sleeve through the sealing gasket to form a cylindrical chamber, which functions as a damper capacitor for uniform supply of compressed air into the screw outer cavity, and in the cylindrical cavity of the shaped sleeve there is a free end of the tube for supplying liquid located in a coaxial elastic ring, which serves to dampen hydraulic shocks in cases of uneven fluid supply. In end part of the small diameter sleeve of the casing the diffuser is secured, at its end divider of the liquid flow is installed, it is made in form of the perforated ring coaxial with the diffuser, screw is arranged inside smaller diameter sleeve, coaxially to it, rigidly connected to it and inserted in its inner surface, and the shaped sleeve, the inner surface of which is formed by a conical and cylindrical surface, is rigidly fixed in a larger diameter sleeve, by means of a threaded connection, through a sealing gasket, and a conical socket made in the form of a perforated ring, coaxially with the diffuser, is attached to the liquid flow splitter, the smaller base of the truncated conical surface of the socket is connected to the inner surface of the aperture in the splitter, and in the outlet section of the conical socket installed coaxially with the diffuser and connected to the inner surface of the aperture in the splitter, an additional splitter of the swirl two-phase flow in the form of a circular perforated plate is rigidly fixed.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of spraying of liquids.
