FIELD: telecommunication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telecommunications equipment, the enclosures of which are configured to accommodate telecommunication components therein. Enclosure (20) comprises housing (22) including dome (24) that connects to base (26), insert assembly (28), that fits within housing (22), insert assembly (28) including sealing unit (30) that fits within base (26) and that defines a plurality of cable ports (32). Insert assembly (28) also includes frame (34) attached to sealing unit (30) and telecommunications component (36) mounted to frame (34). Enclosure (20) further comprises mounting bracket (38) for mounting housing (22) at a desired mounting location. Mounting bracket (38) has first securement interface (114) for attaching mounting bracket (38) to base (26) of housing (22) and second securement interface (122) for attaching mounting bracket (38) to insert assembly (28).
EFFECT: invention provides an improved enclosure for repeated use.
