FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparation of a protein-carbohydrate fodder product. Method involves preparing a composition based on a nitrogen-containing and a binder-carbohydrate component with subsequent drying of the composition. Nitrogen-containing component is represented by non-fat thermally treated soya bean flour, and as a binder-carbohydrate component—corn paste, prepared from milled green mass of maize, laid in phase of milk ripeness. Weight ratio of flour to paste is 1:2, after which the dried composition is dried in the form of granules and briquettes.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance nutritional value of the product.
