SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of biologically active pharmaceutical and medical materials. Disclosed is a bioactive composite based on hydroxyapatite, in which titanium monoxide is dispersed. Material contains super-stoichiometric titanium monoxide TiO1,22 as titanium monoxide, with the following ratio of components, wt%: hydroxyapatite – 77–79, titanium monoxide TiO1,22 – 21–23.

EFFECT: proposed bioactive composite material has disinfective capacity along with high microhardness and can be used for reconstruction and replacement of bone tissue, prosthetics of fragments of locomotor system.
