SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of composite biologically active medical materials used in surgery for recovery and treatment of bone tissue. Composition for producing composite bioactive material based on hydroxyapatite contains calcium fluoride and non-stoichiometric titanium oxide TiO1.6–1.9 with the following ratio of components having an initial size of not more than 128 mcm, wt.%: hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 65–70; non-stoichiometric titanium oxide TiO1.6–1.9 18–15; calcium fluoride CaF2 17–15.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a biologically active composite material with high mechanical hardness, which provides high wear resistance, and high porosity, which provides high biocompatibility with bone tissue.
