FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce electrode material of lithium current sources. Method for the preparation of a composite vanadium trioxide/carbon V2O3/C involves the dissolution of a carboxylic acid in water, addition of a vanadium oxide compound, drying and subsequent annealing. Apple or citric acids are used as a carboxylic acid. Vanadyl hydroxide is used as the vanadium oxide compound. Molar ratio of apple or citric acids:vanadyl hydroxide is (0.75–2):1. Annealing is carried out in an inert atmosphere at a temperature of 490–550 °C for 1–2 hours.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude the use of harmful or poisonous ingredients, to ensure the production of a product with a uniform distribution of the particle components, to reduce the agglomeration of particles, to shorten the duration of the process.
