FIELD: nanotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain biological samples for research by scanning probe nanotomography (SPNT). Method of producing a biological sample for analysis by scanning probe nanotomography involves pouring the biological sample into a polymer medium. Biological sample is filled on a substrate in the form of a film of silkworm silk fibroin Bombyx mori with thickness of 1–100 mcm, containing 5–100 % of silk fibroin by weight, immobilized on plastic or glass.

EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the time for obtaining a biological sample for analysis by the SPNT method by reducing manipulations by using an original substrate when pouring biological samples into a polymer medium; maintaining the integrity and structure of the biological sample by ensuring its adhesion during the process of pouring into the polymer medium by using an original substrate having the required margin of mechanical strength; providing a sufficient level of biocompatibility of the substrate for obtaining mammalian cell samples due to the possibility of culturing the cells on the substrate.
