FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for preparing fluoxastrobin, which comprises:(i) reacting 4,6-dihalo-5-fluoropyrimidine (5) with O-methyloxime (Z)-(5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-dioxazin-3-yl)(2-hydroxyphenyl)methanone (15) to form O-methyloxime (Z)-(2-((6-halogen-5-fluoropyrimidin-4-yl)oxy)phenyl)(5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-dioxazin-3-yl)methanone (16):
reacting O-methyloxime (Z)-(2-((6-halogen-5-fluoropyrimidin-4-yl)oxy)phenyl)(5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-dioxazin-3-yl)methanone (16) with 2-chlorophenol to form (Z)-fluoxastrobin:
isomerising (Z)-fluoxastrobin to form fluoxastrobin:
EFFECT: technical result: a new efficient, scalable and economically advantageous method for the production of fluoxastrobin has been developed, which makes it possible to obtain a product with high yield.
